Minimal Death Poems

About This Project

Just pick up my voice

Wherein, stripping the wind

Know God’s body.

Emilio Prados, 1944.

Poetry is art, as art is poetry. This poetry work by the malagenean artist Aixa Porter (1975) makes an attempt to delve into the woven words from Prados’ soul. Minimum death is made up of a series of paintings that are born from a gentle and introspective reading of the author’s work. Aixa Portero takes refuge in Prados poetry and she kindly cherishes it until you find an affinity with the expressed experiences, where sometimes shapes are blurred.
